Elif TarakçıElif-Tarakçı-Foto  started her violin education when she was 11 at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory Strings Department under the supervision of Yusuf Güler Aksöz, the concertmaster of State Symphony Orchestra of Istanbul. In 1993, she graduated from the same university receiving bachelor’s degree, after which she pursued her career with the state artist Ayla Erduran, and completed her master’s and proficiency in art degrees at Hacettepe University State Conservatory with Prof. Victor Pikaizen. Besides many recitals she gave in Istanbul, she performed in various festivals attending masterclass works at Boston Bowdain Music Festival with violinist Lewis Kaplan and violist Ken Haki, and at Ayvalık Music Festival with Prof. Lukas David.
She played at Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra (1991-1993), and at chamber orchestras of Akbank (1992-2003), Milli Re (1997-2004), Bosphorus (1990-1992), and Camerata Saygun (2005-2013) as the 1st and 2nd violin group member, concertmaster, and the leader of the 2nd violin section. Between 2000 and 2004, she performed as the 1st violin group member at Borusan Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Prof. Gürer Aykal.
Since 2004, she has been the concertmaster of Cemal Reşit Rey Symphony Orchestra, and has worked with many conductors including Rengim Gökmen, Cem Mansur, Alexander Rahbari and Antonio Pirolli. Having been a faculty member at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University since 1996, she assumed the title of associate professor in 2011.
The Greek composer Andreas Tsiartas attributed his piece called ‘Violin-Piano Sonata’, the premiere of which was performed by Elif Tarakçı in Southern Cyprus, to Elif Tarakçı and Hyun Sook Tekin.
Continuing to give solo and chamber music concerts at both domestic and international locations, Tarakçı plays an almost 150-year-old hand-crafted violin by Jules Joseph GRANDJON.

14-iva-ikonIva Ikon, is a singer, pianist and songwriter born in Belgrade. Having musicians in her family, she started playing the piano at the age of 5, singing, dancing and acting in different groups and competitions.
Music, her biggest passion and hobby, soon became her profession.

Iva got a Masters degree in classical piano at Hochschule fuer Musik Munich and Faculty of Music and Arts Belgarde.
Iva also studied jazz and gospel singing. She sang solo and as a backing vocal for many international and German stars.
Featured in Maxim’s “The Olympic Dream” as a vocalist (produced by David ESSEX), released as part of the official album for the Olympic games 2004 by EMI.
Her song “21 Grams” was taken for TV Series (1-5) MESSIAH that was broadcasted on BBC ONE.
Iva’s background, experiences, living abroad and traveling encouraged her to explore different cultures (she speaks English, French, German and a bit of Russian), and music genres (from classical, jazz, gospel, blues, rock).
Iva is currently preparing a solo album.

Eversince Iva’s youth, Iva got introduced to gospel music through amazing artists like Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston and many many more who influenced her and to whom I she feels enormously thankful for what they gave her, us…

Iva felt the need to spread that spirit as much as she could. She formed The IVA IKON GOSPEL CHOIR and BAND in 2013. and gathered some of the best musicians from Belgrade. They performed at the Mixer festival in 2013., BUNT Festival in 2015, gave many concerts in Serbia.
Their repertoire ranges from traditional gospel to contemporary.

Iva signed with EMI CLASSIC International (London) as the vocalist and pianist of the classic contemporary band WILD, composed of 5 female musicians.
The band was Mel Bush’s brain child, just like Vanessa Mae (violinist), Bond (band), Maxim (pianist) amongst others.
WILD released 1 CD and DVD.
Producers / writers for the album included:

Jeff WAYNE (War of the Worlds), Eric SERRA (The Fifth Element, Big Blue), ORION (Prodigy, Dido, Embrace), Tonci HULJIC…

WILD toured in: Mexico, Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Bangkok, Singapore), Australia…

WILD opened the Melbourne Cup (for 120.000 spectators on the stadium) in 2005 which was aired to millions of viewers on SKY. WILD’s performance there was followed by the Italian opera singer, PAVAROTTI.

WILD also opened the Heineken Rugby Cup Final in Edinburgh in 2005 (performing before 60.000 people).

14-katjaKatarina Simonović was born in Niš, Serbia , where she has graduated from Music School “Dr.Vojislav Vučković”, and has continued the singing studies at the Music Academy in Sarajevo, where she graduated from in 2003 and finished the post-graduate studies in 2006 with Prof. Radmila Bakočević. She has continued improving studying under renowned singing professors: Aleksandra Ivanović, Radmila Bakočević, Biserka Cvejić and Olivera Miljaković. Among a number of solo concerts in the country and abroad, the one that should be mentioned is the 2010 solo concert in the Ilija M. Kolarac Endowment in Belgrade. She has performed the role of Stanka in the opera “Na uranku” by Stanislav Binički, the role of Lucy in the comic opera “The Telephone” by Gian Carlo Menotti in Niš and Belgrade as well as the role of Adele in the operetta “Die Fledermaus“ by Johann Strauss in the National Theater in Niš and Belgrade, the 2013/14 season. Her career involves chamber music and solo performances with choirs from Sarajevo and Niš at competitions and festivals in Serbia, BiH, Macedonia, Greece, Sweden, Swizerland, Italy, USA, Canada and Russia. She has cooperated with the choir and the orchestra of the Music Faculty in Niš, the Symphonic Orchestra of Niš, the “Konstantinus” Orchestra , the “Amorozo” Orkestra and the “Cvrčanin” Orchestra from Kraljevo performing vocal-instrumental music (J.S.Bach – Cantate 151 and 209, A.Vivaldi – Gloria, G.B.Pergolesi – Stabat Mater and L.van Beethoven – IX symphony, W.A.Mozart – Requiem). The conductors whom she had the opportunity to work with are Ivana Mirović, Zoran Stanisavljević, Miroslav Ivanković, Čedomir Popadić, Milena Injac, Svilen Simeonov, Suzana Kostić, Vladimir Kranjčević and Dejan Savić. She works as a docent at the Solo-singing Department at the Faculty of Arts in Niš, Serbia.

Sascha Arsenkov born in Niš in 1980, graduated solo singing in the class of prof. Radmila Bakočević in Sarajevo. Finished postgraduate studies in the class of  prof. Radmila Bakočević at the same university . During the studies, won many awards in competitions at home and abroad. Afterwards, actively participated in and successfully finished “Master Class” of prof. Olivera Miljaković in Vienna.
Cooperates with the National Theatre Sarajevo, whose member he becomes and achieves roles in the following operas : “Un ballo in maschera” G.Verdi, “Hasanaginica” Asim Horozić, “The Merry Widow” Franz Lehar , “Requiem” W.A.Mozart.
After finishing his studies in Sarajevo, he returns to Niš, and collaborates with the church choir, “Branko” as a soloist where he presents himself in front of the audience from Italy,  America, Canada, Greece and Russia.
As a soloist, mr Saša Arsenkov works together with the following conductors: Suzana Kostić, Ivan Mirović, Dejan Savić, Milena Injac and gives numerous vocal and instrumental performances the most distinguished of which are: “Vocal symphony ” Dimitri Bujarowsky, “Wedding ” I.Stravinski, “9 Choral Symphony” L.v.Bethoven and the opening night of the operetta “The Bat ” J. Strauss, performing the role of Alfred, and first roll grof. Almaviva in opera “Il Barbiere di Seviglia”
He is working as an Assistant professor at the Faculty of Arts in Niš at the Department of Solo singing, highly engaged in concert activities.
